All images produced by SkyPix, LLC are the property of SkyPix, LLC ("Licensor") and are copyright protected under the Copyright Act of the United States Copyright Office which grants SkyPix, LLC exclusive rights in the reproduction, adaptation, public distribution and display of any image created by SkyPix, LLC.
For good consideration and as an inducement for SkyPix, LLC to conduct business with the licensee, the licensee hereby agrees to not directly or indirectly redistribute merchandise of SkyPix, LLC for their personal gain or advancement.
The licensee may not sell or distribute any product of SkyPix, LLC as their own or use the SkyPix, LLC name, logo, or slogan as their own.
SkyPix, LLC reserves the right to pursue monetary compensation from the licensee should the subjects of this agreement be breached.
Any purchase from SkyPix, LLC assumes that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this license agreement.
